is going to the gym really necessary ?

So it has reached the end of the year and like everyone else you decided to make a new years resolution to HIT those irons. January comes and you pay $25 to $40 for a monthly gym membership. So you made the payment and  now your pumped to take on a new feat. The first few weeks were good, you got a good workout and now you feel like you are on your way.

Then suddenly you start to lose interest; going to the gym late, shorting your workout schedule, starting to linger in the gym, skipping days at the gym and so on. So What are you going to do?, you can always try for next year but thats just another year wasted or you can go hardcore in the last two months before summer and hopefully pull off gaining a little muscle here and there in which we all know is unlikely.

Hmm why not trying body weight exercises, what is this you might ask? Its the joy of exercising without the use of any weights. Everyone has their own natural resistance which is their body weight, its been like that from the earliest of times long before there were weights. So lets bring it back to basics,

There is an old monk saying that "you can do a full training within a tigers length". So why not ? it saves you a hell  alot of time travelling to the gym , you also don't have to pay for membership and it is also more convenient in your own home. So your new years resolution should be working hard in the smartest most convenient way possible.
